Itzel Martinez-Santos brings extensive experience in public law, civil litigation, and regulatory compliance, with a special focus on municipal legal matters. With a Master’s in Public Administration and a proven track record as City Attorney and Prosecutor for several Texas cities, she has adeptly handled tasks ranging from drafting ordinances and advising city councils to negotiating complex legal agreements. Her deep knowledge in government relations, economic development, and regulatory compliance brings unmatched insight to each of her clients. Itzel has experience in land use, housing, and the creation and operation of public agencies including with public/private financing mechanisms, issuance of bonds, and the administration of programs. Her strategic vision and hands-on experience ensure that whether you’re a city government, a business, or an individual, you receive personalized, forward-thinking counsel.

Evan A. Santos provides a dynamic background in insurance recovery, injury law, employment and business law. Specializing in litigation, Evan has recovered and saved millions of dollars for his clients. In 2025, he was recognized by TopVerdict.com among the Top 20 Personal Injury Settlements in Texas. In addition to his role as a trial attorney, Evan advises on compliance and contractual matters. Evan focuses primarily on commercial litigation but has deep experience in consumer businesses as well as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, and AI. His regulatory practice focuses on infrastructure, energy, and emerging technologies. In addition to fighting for clients in court, Evan has dedicated his career to serving small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs. His journey includes building multiple startups and valuable industry experience at Rackspace, equipping him with an insider’s perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by innovative businesses.
