Legal notices
Legal, privacy, and disclaimer information.
Please read this information before relying on website content or contacting Santos Law through the online inquiry form.
General information only; not legal advice
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a lawyer who has reviewed the specific facts, documents, deadlines, law, and jurisdiction involved.
No attorney-client relationship
Viewing this website, using a resource, calling the firm, or submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Santos Law represents a client only after the firm has completed its review and confirmed the engagement in a written agreement.
No confidentiality before engagement
Do not send confidential, sensitive, privileged, or time-sensitive information before Santos Law has agreed in writing to represent you. Information sent before an engagement is confirmed may not be treated as confidential and may create a conflict that prevents the firm from representing you.
Past results
Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome. Every legal matter depends on its own facts, evidence, law, available insurance or assets, decision-makers, and procedural posture.
Attorney advertising notice
This website may be considered attorney advertising. Nothing on this website is intended to compare the firm’s services with those of another lawyer or to promise a result.
Texas Board of Legal Specialization
Unless otherwise indicated, the attorneys of Martinez Santos Law Firm PLLC are not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Municipal conflicts and scope
Santos Law represents cities and other governmental clients. The firm does not accept matters adverse to cities or other governmental entities. Submission of an inquiry does not prevent the firm from representing an existing or future client unless the firm agrees otherwise in writing.
Website resources and external law
Field guides, calculators, checklists, and other resources are planning and issue-spotting tools. They may not reflect a recent legal change, a local policy, an unusual calendar, or a fact-specific exception. Confirm current law and deadlines with counsel before taking or delaying action.
Inquiry form and privacy
The inquiry form transmits the information you choose to provide to the firm and sends an acknowledgment to your email address through a contracted email-delivery service. The website does not maintain a separate database copy of the message. The firm may retain received communications as reasonably necessary for conflicts review, response, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
Do not use the form for confidential documents or urgent deadlines. For a time-sensitive matter, call 210-759-1100.
